It means: "padre, no el hijo"

You should try to find out what the actual tilte of the movie is - this doesn't mean anything, really.
You may have confused it with "Père et fils" (Father and son) or "tel père, tel fils" (like father, like son) or even (who knows?) "Perd pas le fil" (Don't loose the track) - although I don't know of such a movie. These all *sound* close to your phrase.
