Olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and a good quality balsamic vinegar. Marinate for at least 30 mins then cook. I just love this mix...

Try this out:

1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 TABLE spoons Soy sauce
2 TABLE spoons cooking oil
2 TABLEspoons balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar
1 TEA spoon dried crushed thyme
1 clove fresh garlic--minced
1/2 TEA spoon fresh ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Place meat in a resealable (you know the brand) bag. Pour marinade in the bag, seal and coat steak well. Remove as much air as possible and refrigerate 30 min for tender meats; 3 to 24 hours for tougher meats.

My advice: use the balsamic vinegar. I feel doing so gives even the cheapest cuts of steak that gourmet fancy restaurant taste.

Me and my husband have to different favorites, both are devistating.

In a bowl mix about a half a cup of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce a very generous sprinkling of tenderizer, garlic powder, and black pepper (per steak) then let marinade for awhile, the longer the better.

And plain worcestershire sauce and lawreys seasoning.

Hope you enjoy these.

In a bowl I usually use
1/8 cup of Dales Sauce - the salt tenderizes it
1/cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of Minced onion
1 tsp garlic powde
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup of mustard THIS IS THE KEY!!
I''m not quite sure what the mustard does but whatever it does it's AWESOME!! My butcher told me this secret.
Then before you turn the steaks sprinkle them with Kosher Salt on both sides, this gives them a great taste. Also only flip them once. Have your grill really hot before you put the steaks on. Umm this makes me want a steak
Also the mustard is great on any meat - chicken, fish, hamburgers etc.
