Well first off Dandruff shampoos are really really drying to your scalp, the first two ingredients are usually harsh detergents- sodium lareth sulfate and sodium laryl sulfate. when trying to cure dry scalp not a good thing to dry it out more. Try using a moistureizing shampoo or going as long as you can without shampoos (2-3 days).

All the hairsprays and products you use can also build up on your scalp and cause itchyness and irratation so be sure to use a clarifing shampoo. Or you can use distilled white vinegar if you have than on hand. Dilute it and pour it onto your scalp.

There are more than just "dry scalp" that cause dandruff. So i may actually be a different thing than what you think it is. If what I mentioned doesn't work see a dermatoligist.

Scrub your scalp hard but not to where it hurts with a dandruff shampoo and condition the hair and scalp with a good conditioner. Because dandruff is dry skin. So keep it moist.

Dandruff is a yellow, plaque and it is mushy and it is actually contagious...What you have is dry scalp...Just rub lotion into your head at night time and shampoo that out in the am. Make sure you rub conditioner into your scalp and don't scrub shampoo into your scalp. Try to shampoo you hair less, maybe every other day...You should buy a paddle brush and brush your scalp. You can also go and get a scalp massage, and this involves a lotion rubbed into the scalp and a sweet massage...It is worth it. Hope this helps...

well wat i learned that is dandruffs come from oily hair. sometimes wen i dont get a chance to shower daily, my hair becomes oily and dandruff-y

so maybe just lay off of the dandruff shampoos, and use a clarifying shampoo. herbal essences drama clean works great (from exprerience) then maybe try a weekly deep conditioning to moisturize (garnier frutis deep conditioning treatment).
if that works ok, then great! but head and shoulders is also a great brand, but although u've "tried every dandruff shampoo"
maybe try that again after the drama clean shampoo

hope this helps!

Nothing had worked for me until I tried L'Oreal Vive Anti Dandruff for Men . I also dropped $32 for a set of Zirh Shampoo with a bottle of Conditioner and Hair Gel.

I know those are men products but they did work for me. They don't smell overly masculine either... or at least the L'oreal for men one

There is only one solution I have found that works, go to a dermatologist and ask for clobesterol solution. It is a very strong steroid solution to apply to hair. It is ok to use even though it is very strong since your head skin is much thicker than all of the rest of your body. I know as I am a nurse. Good luck it is great to be able to wear black again.
