What's the best way to kick someone out of your apartment?

You give no indication as to the type of person you're wanting to kick out. There are circumstances that might warrant having someone removed from your property immediately, but since I don't know the circumstances, I'm speaking "generally."

You need to be respectful and diplomatic in your approach. After all, you don't want this person harboring a grudge and plotting revenge because you've treated them rudely and kicked them out onto the street with nowhere to go, do you?

Explain to them politely but firmly the reasons that the living arrangements are not working out for you. Then give them an appropriate amount of time (2 weeks maybe?) to make other arrangements and move their belongings out of your apartment.

If this is a person that will resist being asked to leave, you might mention that on the appointed date any belongings of theirs that are still there will be removed by you from the apartement and that the locks will be changed. This will give them incentive to make sure they're out by your deadline.

Why do you want to kick them out? Are they on the lease?

Look into the legal way to kick them out.

Fill the place with mice or get into an arguement with them and then say, get out. OR you can find another place for them to live.

Assuming you don't need their rent money and it's in your name, can't you just say, "get out of my house" or "if you're not gone by tuesday I'm calling the police?"

if it's in both of ya'lls name though...um I think u can't
