Hello
I want to start dieting and get my body weight to 110 lbs. I am 5'3 tall and currently weigh in at 126 lbs. The problem is, when I start excercising and eating a lot of fruit/veggies and protien all that diet stuff, my body get's puffy and I gain a little more weight....making me not want to continue. Is this a normal phase of dieting?...how long does it take for all the puffyness to go away as I diet?
