She could be immature or she could have some emotional issues. Just so you know, we all have issues and they surface in different ways. Hers may surface when it comes to failures and goes back to childhood hurts. There are many people today that just don't take responsibiliy for what they do too, that could also be her problem.

Not necessarily. I mean, I suppose it's possible, but based on the little information provided, it would be hard to say. Since you said she's a lesbian, maybe she feels like there's some discrimination going on at work. At any rate, it sounds like maybe she might have some low self esteem and she might be blaming other people instead of looking at herself and taking responsibility for her actions. Since you said she blames other people for her mistakes, maybe she's angry at herself, but finds it easier to blame others. I don't know if I'm really helping you out here, because this is all speculation on my part.

Well, you are a biased person, aren't you? What does that have to do with her being a lesbian? Nothing. You just don't like her because of her sexual orientation.

You are the one with the mental disorder.
