my parents dont want me to spend time with my gf (which includes her coming over, me going over to her house, watching a movie, or just hanging out)...
so, to spend time with her, I have to think of some lies like "she need to come over to work on a school project" or saying that she wont be where i'm going..

...would those count as a good lie, or a bad lie?

Bad lie, as it is still deception

If she's the one being misunderstood and your parents are just trippin, then no not really. Either way I'd suggest you try to find out why they don't want you to spend time with her cause maybe there's a good reason for that.

Bad lie unless you are BOTH over 18 years old.

Do they not like your girlfriend? What is the age difference?

Find out why. Bad grades? Bad attitude? ETC?

Lying is lying. However you are lying for a good cause. It is called "sugar coating"
