IBM makes one (called VoiceType). Dragon Systems makes one. Microsoft now has one associated with its newer versions of Word.

Typical accuracy in text is about 95% spelled correctly. With usage its accuracy gets better and errors go down (or maybe you just speak more clearly after using it for a while).

Use Microsoft Word Speech Recognition.

If you have microsoft you can use miscrosoft sam. Go to your start key and select the control panel and choose the speech icon. Text to speech should appear and then type in your desired text then click apply to hear it.

Yes there are some softwares for this. I use Dragon Naturally Speaking myself, which works very well. You can find info about that here:

if you are using windows XP then its easy with Microsoft Speech recongition
