It will take effort to annoy your neighbours. In order to be effective, you will need to sustain the things that annoy them. Responding to their rudeness in a tit for tat manner is unproductive and not profitable. They probably expect a negative reaction from you. Deny them this pleasure.
It is easier to ignore their rudeness and expend your energy on something more worthwhile and enjoyable. If you can't, address the issue with your neighbour calmly and rationally. Perhaps they don't mean to be rude. It could be a simple misunderstanding that is easily rectify.

Get a grip, get a life. Two wrongs don't make a right, and all that other crap. Ignore the neighbors, insulate yourself from them and stop thinking you are so special that you can and should take revenge on others. We all have plenty to do keeping our own lives in order. Enough cliches for one answer. LOL

If you're buying the house it's a bad idea to create enemies out of your neighbors. You don't know what some people are capable of in the way of retaliation. It's better to make friends with them or at least just ignore them. I would not want to live next door to people who hate me, in other words. Just kill them with kindness.

Park on the street in front of their house perfectly so that is hogs up two spots.
Have parties and dont invite them.
Make a firepit in your yard and burn stuff like rubber thongs.
Dont look at them or pay them any attention when they are being rude. That will bug them a LOT.

( i aint bought any dam drums for my son) he heard me say drums, so all of a sudden the imagianary drums are waking him. the guy hates me, and i hate him, but he brings it on himself. i will not bow down to him, like he thinks every body on earth should. he once called the cops on me for dropping a pan, never mind the fact that i got burned. the cops told him there are more important cal to look into, he reported them. he is a whine ***, baby.

Anything you do to them you are doing to yourself. I had an upstairs neighbor who retaliated against me reporting his working out with weights at 2 in the morning by turning all the water on in his apt. and leaving it on for hours. Imagine how it must have sounded in his apt. Much worse I think. Find something better to do with your time.

The rules of etiquette are quite clear;you can do nothing. The best thing that you can do is to ignore them.If they are causing property damage to your home you can report them to the proper law official. But the proper response to annoying neighbors is to ignore them.

How old are you--12?? Two wrongs don't make a right. Just ignore them when they're rude. If they're rude by blaring music, taking an assigned parking spot, etc., tell the landlord or confront them (nicely) about it and ask them to please stop. Sorry--without specifics (how they're rude, whether you live in an apartment or house, etc.) I can't give better advice.

Ignore them
Or be extremely nice to them. THAT pisses people off more than anything, especially if they are trying to be rude to you.
What exactly are they doing?
