We've been in the same friendship group for a couple of years. One night we got drunk and he kissed me but it hasn't happened since.
When we hang out he will pick on me (in a joking way) but he is shy so won't touch me or anythimng.
When he drinks, however, he will hug me, touch my hair etc.
Should I make a move? And if so, sober or drunk?!
IM VERY SHY TOO!

this sounds bad but you should make a move drunk. then even if he rejects you, you can just say you were too drunk to know. and he doesnt then hey... there you go! haha

being drunk is not an answer... I think both of you should have a private time together and talk about how you feel for each other. A good talk should take lots of load on you and make you feel much better. I think you'll be glad if he says he love you with a clear mind than saying it to you when he's drunk. As a guy it would be meaning less for me when i say "i love you" to a girl if i am drunk. ^_^

I would do it sober and to the retard who said that just cause he did it when he is drunk means he dont like u is crap, being drunk just simply makes u loosen up and open up to people more rather then being closed off or what u like to call shy! I say make a move sober and see where it takes you, if you feel being drunk will loosen you up then do it drunk.. but i think he does like you!

if you have been in the same friendship for a couple of years, chances are you are already pretty close. he probably likes you, but is too shy when he is not drunk to make a move, i would make a move on him while you still can so you dont regret it later on

Normally guy should make the first move. But if a woman makes the first move, surely the man wants. Every man desires sex, just like that is not a single cat in the whole wide world that doesn't like to eat fish. So if you really love him, make the first move. With Best Regard.

Get the alcohol out of the picture and it would be easier. If he acts like that when he is drunk there is a chance he's attracted to you, but do you only want him to like you when he's drunk.... go somewhere together or in your group where there is no drinking involved.

Im pretty sure he likes you. People do stupid things when their drunk, but they also do things they're normally too shy to do. So, he does like you. I think you should make the first move when he's sober because he's too shy to. you wont regret it.

Human nature, simple...he may like you...!!!! If he does it when his drunk...it may be a bit awkward to think he likes you...in your statements there are certain reasons he does likes you...make a move girl...show him that you care....sooner or later he might like you. you said your shy, be on the right track...tell your friends you need their help in order the guy will like you.
