Thats not true at all... only thing is its hard to be objective when you read for yourself.

You can read the tarot on yourself, just be careful, the danger is that what you read may not apply to you but to someone close to you, as for the answers that say the tarot is evil? Isn't everything that one doesn't understand scary? An intelligent person will study a subject and form his/her own opinion, not spout the frightened rhetoric of uninformed people.

I think it depends on how you use the cards. If you are expecting them to act as an oracle then there may be some danger in re-enacting a self fulfiling prophecy. But some people prefer to use them as a tool for looking at situations in a new light. In the same way as you may bounce ideas off a friend. You ask your friend's opinion and take it into consideration whilst trying to decide on the best course of action in order to resolve a situation.

False Answer!!! There is absolutely nothing positive that can come from demonic cards!! You're opening a realm you aren't prepared for. Sure one could say there's no harm involved but are you really willing to take that chance. That's like saying there is no such thing as the devil or evil spirits. All that happens in the natural also happens in the spiritual as well. This places your life in bondage so this gives you the answer because anything that is in bondage is chained to something, therefore there is no freedom or practicing freely. Prayerfully you will get free from this habit. Ask for spiritual help. Seek God, He can help.

I do my own tarot readings occasionally.
The only real danger is that you may be surprised or unwilling to read the cards the way you normally would, since they are applying to your own life. I guess as long as you can read first and react later, what is the problem?
But, a loss of energy? Nope. Perception does not take as much energy as action.

The use of energy and focus is what makes it so effective. If you read tarot to yourself, it should be more effective and not less since you are more likely to care about yourself and your reading than someone else would care, and so would put more energy and focus into the task. And yeah, you should feel tired at the end. That's completely normal.

I find reading my own tarot spread comforting and expansive. There is no harm in reading one's own tarot. It is great for reflection.

This question is silly. You don't lose energy with Tarot cards.
They are not real.
So whatever you like, just don't expect an accurate response. They're only printed cards hyped up in the New Age movement. People only claim they work because they use general personality profiles, plus wishful thinking.

I've never had a problem reading for myself, nor have I heard of anyone having this problem. However, you have to be as unbiased as possible when reading for yourself. The cards may tell you something you don't like, but you must accept that. Read your cards and listen to what they tell you.
