I had my hair as long as vanessa hudgens and for some reason i cut it :( i hate it now.....and apparlently i am a vanessa hudgens look - a - like and i really want my hair back! i would love it if there was some way it would grow really fast without having to take any pills :S pleeeease help me!

As a man, You wont like my first reponse so I wont say it. Seriously, My mother said a diet of seaweed or kelp will help i.e. sushi rolls. This is very true. My 4 yr duaghter decided to become a barber and cut my 2 yr olds hair. Grandma to the rescue with the advice and I did notice that her hair grew back plus more in 3 months. Ask yourself, do Asians have long hair?

The key to growing healthy hair fast is using a vitamin enriched shampoo + conditioner and cuting about 1/2 an inch to an inch off every 2 months.... (this elimenates split ends)

If you take a multivitamin, get a routine trim to eliminate split ends (8 weeks) and stay away from heat styling your hair frequently, you'll have healthy hair. And trust me, don't worry about trying to be like the people in the entertainment industry, because most of them (if not all) wear weaves to make their hair look fuller or longer.

Ok, try and not to dry out your hair, lay off the flat iron and blow dryer! Use deep conditioners and try to keep ends from splitting. Also, get a hair trim every 2 months. Also, massage your head every day. After conditioning your hair, rinse with COLD water, NOT hot. Hot water tends to make hair frizzy and dry.

Just wash your hair every 2-3 days and every month or so get your hair trimmed (so you won't have split ends which kind of prevent hair growth)
