I'm so sorry you have those, and they really don't have anything to do with your size. You probably have a bacterial infection like impetigo. It looks like a bunch of zits and you can't stop scratching! I'm really skinny and I've had this before, it can happen just because your immmune system is down and/or you're just not cleaning your skin as well as you should when you shave and nick yourself. The little open cuts can fester and spread. I've had these on my thighsonce and arms twice.

Try not to scratch, because you'll spread it. make sure you wash your hands constantly, put alcohol on them several times a day. Wash with peroxide solution.
If you can, go to the doctor, even though it's embarrasing (I know) and get antibiotics to clear them up fast. these infections are hell and I hope it goes away for you soon!

They sound like boils or pimples, and are caused by a staph infection of the skin. Being overweight would increase the likelyhood of them occuring because the skin rubs against itself, and is likely holding moisture against the skin as well. You probably need to visit the doctor for some medication to help get it under control. Then you would need to be sure to keep the skin clean and dry, likely using a medicated body powder. And while you are at the doctor, you could get the help you need to lose the weight and eliminate the cause of the problem all together. You also need to switch to wearing natural fabrics like cotton, linen and wool instead of man-made synthetics. Natural fabrics allow the skin to breath and moisture to either be absorbed or evaporate. Also wear looser fitting clothing so it doesn't rub the skin. You don't need anything fitting snuggly against the body.

So I easily theory that if Hand Sanitizer killed micro organism, why won't be able to it kill it on my face? Andddd that carry approximately me putting some small quantities of hand sanitizer in my T-zone and different sensible places.I try this approximately 2-thrice an afternoon and that works fairly super for me. not extra pimples. yet another ingredient I do is, if i'm in a soften-down subject, I grab a bite of ice and rub that everywhere in the pimples for a million-2 minutes. (Or until eventually that is thoroughly melted.) I additionally use this Carrot exfoliating face wash with beads in it. It smells strange to me yet super to others. And leaves your face fairly gentle. definite.....very stupid tricks yet hiya....it fairly works for me
