find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think by August 1st you will be pretty close to your goal if you are very disciplined. The main thing you will want to watch it your diet b/c you can kick butt in the gym & screw up all your hard work w/ the wrong diet. Focus on protein (tuna, fish, chicken, lean meat, etc), water, veggies & fruit. Don't eat fried things and try to stay off the fast food. Eat about 5-6 small meals a day...even if some of those are just snacks. I like mini-thin pretzels that I can just take along w/ me no matter where I go but some say it retains a lil water. As far as exercise, you have the right idea...cardio is what's going to get off the fat & doing some weight training. For the lower stomach (which seems to be hard for me) I bought one of those fitness balls for about $10 & I do crunches on that. You def. feel the burn. You may not be at exactly 25lbs, maybe 15lbs or so but you'll be pretty close to your goal. Once you see the pounds come off it should help. Just keep motivated and you should do good. Good luck. :)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I've been doing Atkins since mid March and have lost 23 pounds. If you do it right it's not bad for you and you'll feel satisfied while losing weight. The excercise you choose is not important as long as its excercise. Walking is fine. The key for me has bee to get creative with the meals. You can do it.

I lost 50 pounds two years ago doing the Atkins diet. It was easier than any other diet, but you have to get through the third day which is the toughest. I was also doing moderate bike rides at the time, which I'm sure helped out a lot.

Pilates! It works extremely well in toning and gaining both flexibility and balance while losing weight. There are many classes you can enroll into (that aren't too expensive) that have pilates teachers who can focus on whatever part of your body that needs the most toning. Walking, jogging, both work well. Another great exercise is swimming because it works every part of your body.

OK I attempted it final week. I ask my health care provider approximately it in these days, I will fill ya in on either one of those solutions. I am hypo thyroid & weight loss plan with a healthful nutrition simply do not paintings. I obtained as little as 800 energy/day & at the sixth day I handed out variety loss of meals. I ate well for per week to get strenght again, then attempted Alli for six days & 1400 energy an afternoon. Had the drizzling poops for six days too with 15 GM fats in step with day that is lessen than they propose even. Lost two kilos in 6 days, however needed to stop the Alli & at 1400 energy nonetheless the two kilos got here proper again. Today I ask my health care provider approximately it at my thyroid appointment & he instructed me it used to be a waste of cash, it roughly went OTC when you consider that it used to be a bust RX, no person took it. it used to be Xenical in RX strenght. It offers you oily diarrhea you CANNOT manage so get a few grownup diaper pants your gonna want em' LOL. I am gonna hold mine nonetheless & this used to be my health care provider concept too. Eat a well healthful nutrition, say 1200 -1400 energy, however then if you happen to simply ought to move out for that fats stuffed meal, plan it so you've got tomorrow house & your virtually the toilet. It might be well for the occasional fats stuffed meal, across the vacation while you obtained such a lot junk round perhaps a couple of days, however rather then that I am leaving it by myself for definite.
