it all depends on what frame are you? small, medium large. The normal weight should be around 170-180lbs.
for femal it shoudl be around 130-140lbs.

General rule of thumb is for every inch over 5 feet you are, you should weigh 5 pounds over 100.
So, the target weight of a 5'10" woman would be about 150 lbs, give or take.
Now, as for the average, I don't know, but given the obesity problem in America, I'm guessing the average 5'10" person weighs closer to 190-200.

As a female who is 5'4 and 35, I have been told is should be around 125-130, however I find myself more comfortable around 135. It gets harder as you age to lose weight. A girl who is 21 and 5'10 should be around 150 depending on your frame. I tend to be more muscle in the thighs and ribcage and since muscle weighs more then fat, I think I look better when I'm a little heavier. More curvy.

age doesnt matter much, just height and weight.
a girl who's 5'10'' should weigh between:
129-173 pounds.
Tyra banks is 5'10'' and 160 pounds and looks great.
