The personal spiritual beliefs of others should be of no consequence in the workplace if people focus on their job rather than their personal life. Witch, neocon, nudist, born-again, atheist, it matters not if the focus is on being professional and taking care of business.

I always treat people with respect, even if I think their belief systems are hooey. I expect them to be courteous and professional. If you're not painting pentagrams all over or in other ways making your religious observances a problem for everyone else, who would know or care? The only gotcha is if it's a PR problem in a given industry. For instance, I can't see a witch wearing wiccan jewelry working in the front office of a fundamentalist church, etc. Apply some common sense before you out yourself.
Blessings.

I believe in all religions and faiths, at least to a degree. Even though Christianity sounds like nonsense to me, I know that it is true in more ways than just one. The only thing that really bothers me is when people assume they are the only ones who can be right.
So yes I would tolerate a witch, as long as they did not smell. I will not tolerate smelliness regardless of what religion the smelly one is from.

Sure. I can sit and talk with anyone of any belief if they can have a reasonable discussion. As long as by being tolerant you don't mean to imply that I should agree with the witch or be forced to say that witchcraft is acceptable. If I have to tolerate a witch's belief, then the witch must tolerate mine.

I can respect a witch, I can be friends with a witch, but I will always consider them to be delusional. Goes the same for anyone that believes in the supernatural or imaginary beings.

I don't have a problem with the beliefs of others. I've lived all over the world and have seen and heard a lot of things during my life. I don't necessarily believe everything I see or hear, but I don't tell people that they're wrong in their beliefs either.
I do however have a problem with people that try to push their beliefs on me. People who are so sure of their beliefs that they have no room in their minds for tolerance or anyone elses beliefs are fanatics, and I don't have much patience with them.

There have been several practicing wiccans that I worked with, and we were quite good friends, actually. We respected each others different beliefs. I work in healthcare and do not have a problem working with anyone as long as they do the job well.

I would be tolerant and respectful of anyone as long as they were the same to me for I should do unto others as It would be done to me.As long as this witch did not hurt anyone in the workplace and that includes me I believe she should be tolerated and respected and consider as belonging there. But if she does hurt someone by her witchery then she is no better than anyone else and she should be disciplined and accept it without recourse in return and so should anyone else who would fall in this regard.

Tolerance doesn't necessarily mean respect or acceptance of another person or their beliefs. It just means allowing them to have them. I would have very little respect for someone who believed in that crap, but I would not feel a need to hassel, embarrass or harass them. People believe all sorts of strange and weird things, and as long as their beliefs don't intrude on my life, I could care less.

I think tollerance for all is a must for our society
culture and religion is a choice, or born into it then later we choose to stay or make own choices
giving respect back to those who respect us is mutual
yes
