I usually take a piece of watermelon in my mouth, squish it, and eat it. It tends to separate the seeds from the melon. Unfortunately the white seeds are softer so sometimes they don't get separated and I end up swallowing those. Now if I am really hungry for some watermelon (and being in the South sometimes ice cold fruit is the only way to go in the summers) I will chow down regardless. I probably look like I have a mouthful of ticks with all the seeds stuck to my face and in between my teeth. Now isn't that just a sad visual. ;)

Nope. If I am outside then I spit them as far as I can. If I am inside, I discreetly remove them from my mouth.

I do. I'm too lazy to take them out, and I never spit, so I just eat them.
