Respeten a los ancianos, = Respect the elderly
el burlarlos no es hazaña, = to mock them is not a [good] deed
si andan entre gente estraña = if you are among strangers
deben ser muy precavidos, = you must be very careful
pues por igual es tenido = because you can expect the same [treatment]
quien con malos se acompaña. = when you hang out with bad people

Literally! Respect the old. To make fun of them it is not
a good deed. If they are among weird people they must be
very cautious, because it is taken for the same who that is seeing
in bad company.

It meant,
