You really should add more momory, the processor is ok, just add memory should give you a much better machine.

no I would not go with the new windows media player. 9 was better than the new one, and you should have no prob. with live messenger or yahoo instant messenger!

that is slow, man.
it is worst when you don't have a video card.
my advice is add more memory.
then you may think about new wmp.
