The Russian army liberated most of the camps starting with the first in JULY 1944. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived the Germans had evacuated the camps so the Russians did not liberate a lot of the prisoners.

The British and US Army liberated fewer camps but since it was closer to the end of the war and the Germans had no where to take the prisoners, they liberated more people. The pictures you see of the prisoners are almost all taken by the British and Americans.

There was no nation that exclusively "ended" the concentration camps. The ones that were on the Russian side of the drive to Berlin were ended by them and the ones on the "western" side of Berlin were ended by the "western" allies. Although, these camps were abandoned by the Nazis when they began falling back toward Berlin. Basically, it is too ambiguous a question, I would be more specific and pick a particular camp.

Almost all of the Allied armies liberated concentration camps. The U.S. liberates dozens in western Germany and the Soviet Union liberated even more in eastern Germany and eastern Europe and all of the allies and the prisoners in one way or another.
