There is only one Holy Spirit and goodness and peace are two of His characteristics. He is good and He is peaceful. He is the Spirit of God and Jesus Christ.

Read 1 Peter 3, Ephesians 6, Romans 5, Hebrew 10 Then start meditating on Proverbs and see who goodness and peace really is. The Holy Spirit are only one with many gifts. These are gifts. If you do not understand it in the King James Bible read it in the Bible called The Message. God Bless

Goodness and peace are two of the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit. The fruit is that which his, the Holy Spirit's, presence within you accomplishes. You can read more about this in Galatians 5:22-24
If you have the Holy Spirit operating through you, then results in your life will be goodness and peace(coming forth in your own life through God and working THROUGH YOU towards others)..
