Human populations living at similar high altitudes in different areas of the world seem to have evolved different strategies to adapt to low oxygen levels.

you cant say "this is proof of evolution" in one point in time. today you cant say "see that is proof that humans are evolving". you have to look at the human species over the course of thousands of years.
