does the breeder know wether you got a full registration or a limited one for the puppy, other than him checking the limited box? i mean, is there a page that shows them which puppies from the litter has their registrations completed?

Yes a breeder will know. Registrations can be looked up on the AKC site. The AKC will also know if a puppy is suppose to have full or limited registration by the way the breeder filled out the form so a breeder can easily find out.

Each breeder must fill out that box before the registration paper go tot the new owner of that dog. If yours has not been filled out by the breeder than you should call them and have them tell you which it is, That would be sloppy work by the breeder not to have the papers filled out correctly before giving them to you. Plus you cant fill it in for yourself because each litter is registered with AKC and each breeder has to inform AKC which pup goes to which registration number.
Once they have filled out the pups registration and you have it then you will fill out the registration papers and send it in to AKC they will in turn send hem back to you whit your name on it as the owner of this pup.
