Quick and stupid answer. It isn't worth anything, and it will cost you to have it appraised. There are exceptions. If there are literally bells and whistles on the thing, you might get someone to purchase it for novelty/collector purposes. There have been over a billion harmonicas sold over the past 150 years or so. Every garage sale and/or estate sale has one for sale.

Of course you can go the ebay route and see what someone will bid on it. I won't be one of them.
