Ive been having backpain and stomach pain on and off for the past year what can i do about it? (im going to see a doctor on tue but until then i need to survive my life. lol)

It definitely sounds like you've got a problem with digestion. Look at the types of food you eat regularly, if there's a lot of carbs (especially bread and cereals) which are processed this could cause bloating as the stomach goes crazy trying to cope with it all. Eat more fresh foods and vegetables until you see the doctor and try to keep a diary of what you eat and how you're feeling. You may be surprised at the culinary habits you have.

The other answer was very helpful. I recommend you eat a very soft diet until you see the doctor . yogurt with cereal, baked potatoes, bananas, soup and cottage cheese. This should help ease some of the stomach pain. no fried foods, fatty foods or junk food. For your back place an ice pack on it for fifteen minutes. This should help the pain.

You've survived it for a year, you're likely to survive til Tuesday. Sounds like you migh have irritable bowel syndrome. Try heat on the back and stomach, 15 minutes at a time. Good luck at the doc.
