Yes, most are illegal, and will show up on specialized drug tests (but may be missed on the standard drug test). The Shrooms are quickly passed out of the body usually by urination (about 3 days), but could leave trace residue in the blood and fat for up to a month.

Plus, you do know that they are grown and cultivated in cow poo right? I don't know about you, but that is probably something I don't want to be putting in my mouth.

However, certain Native American Tribes can use Peyote in religious rituals.

I do not know of a single state where it is legal to cultivate and/or use the most common forms of hallucinogenic mushrooms. There may be SOME mushrooms out there with impairing qualities that are NOT controlled, but that would be because they are common in the wild and not often cultivated.

yes, its illegal, if you want something just as good, use Salvia its a legal hallucinogenic, well in most states but 3. in canada its not controlled, watch videos on youtube about it lol

certain native american tribes use these mushrooms as part of certain rituals and may grow and ingest them...I think this is the only exception.

it is illegal to posses if your going to use or sell them. but the law varies from state to state. im not very sure but i think your allowed to grow them if its not for using.
