Don't be fooled. Sit ups and crunches mainly help to build and tone the muscle behind the fat, not get rid of the fat. It's not easy and there is no quick results outside of weight loss pills and lipo (both of which I am totally against, both of which are only bandaids, and both of which could do more harm than good).

1. You must work cardio into your work out. Nothing to strenuous, but something that is fun for you, somewhat convienient and safe. All it takes is 30 to 45 minutes a day.

2. Stop eating junk food. This includes fast food and anything down that chip, candy, soda and cookie isle. There are many healthy snacks that are easy to make a tastes really good.

3. Don't drink your calories. If you get bored with water, there are many sugar-free drinks out there made with Splenda that tastes pretty good.

4. Eat nothing past six in the evening. Your metabolism slows in the evening. Your body needs less energy so everything you eat will be stored as fat. If you feel hungry drink a large glass of water. Sometimes your body just needs water. Or eat a low calorie snack like Jello, low-fat or fat-free pudding or drink a glass of low-fat milk an hour or so before bed.

5. Always have a hardy breakfast that includes oatmeal or any other high fiber food and protein like eggs. It holds you over until lunch. You'll find you won't snack as much between meals and you'll seldom feel hungry.

Last but not least...

6. Learn to cope with stress. Exercise helps but sometimes you may just need a casual walk in the park, your favorite comedy, a twenty minute nap or some meditation. STRESS KILLS... and if it doesn't kill... it gives you BELLY FAT... ; )

Best of wishes...

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

First, eat a lot of yoghurt. The cultures in it melt away fat around the belly and waist area. Also, don't just try straight crunches, try lying on your back and alternating your elbow to your opposite knee. and, lay on your back and raise and lower your legs. It works REALLY good. I promise.

since we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Don't just stay there! Do squats while scrubbing your teeth, calf raises even though standing in line, or lunges while chatting around the phone.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/iTgK5
