I don't like or want Mother's Day presents. I just like the kids to be around me on the day. Spending time and enjoying each other is a great way to spend Mother's Day without buying useless presents.

Most moms, (and I'm not one) don't actually care about the actual gift, they just want to be remembered on this day. Especially if a present is coming from their kid, they don't have any concern at all as to what it actually is.

A basket full of my son's dirty laundry. That's what he gave me for Easter and I think it would be refreshing to get something different for Mother's Day.

It's no about the gift at all, you know. Anything is fine, as long as I get to spend special time with my kids.

Don't cook for me unless you are doing dishes too. Otherwise, take out is fine.
