That's untrue.
Eyelashes are just like regular hair.

No this isn't true. Eyelashes are hair follicles that when they fall out, will regenerate a new lash in their place.

there are certain places in everyones body that hair wont grow back but in the place where ur eyelashes are there is one place where ur eyelashes wont grow back i no where it is for me but it might not be the same for u but normally they do grow back

they do grow back.
like every 28 days or so.
they grow alot slower than other hairs on your body however

I am not real sure, my sister and mom lost there's during chemo, and they still haven't grew back.

i used to, ummm, pull mine out, don't ask me why, i don't know, anyway they did grow back. good luck to you !!
