OK So in my opinion, you dont need to lose weight but it's your life so here you go.
1. cut out all sugar monday thru friday. no cokes, no candy, no cookies, no sweet tea etc. Saturday havea snack i f you need one, you earned it, just dont go nuts here.
2. Drink lots of water, (about 8 glasses a day) Alot of these people here will dehydrate you making you think you lose weight but you really will be just losing water and will gain it all back.
3. Walk, walk, walk..... walk to school, go to the mall and walk, go get the mail, go walk the dog, go get the paper, walk to the store to buy a water....
Seriously, no sugar, no sugar, no sugar, have alot of water, drink a glass right before a meal and you'l eat less. put less food on your plate and you'll eat less too btw. keep the walking and you'll lose 2 pounds of fat a week.
REAL WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!!!
You'll be good to go by bikini season

Invest your money in a company, and hopefully get more money (or just run a lemonade stand for a while). Then buy a Boflex Extreme 2 and work out the recommended amount.

Do this and you'll lose it in 10 days.
non fat yogurt and 90 cal granola bar for breakfast
turkey sand, (no mayo) for lunch, with apple and banana
chicken (not fried) and steamed veggies for dinner
Run for 15 minutes 2 times within the 10 days.
Drink water only.

Cut out the snacks out your diet or anything sweet and sugary. You'll be 115 in about 2-3 weeks. I promise. =]

as long as you eat healthy (avoid junk and fast food) and exercise daily, you should see results. Veggies and fruits ar a must. There are some foods and supplements you can eat that can help you lose weight. check out the website below--just click on the weight loss link on the left.

doing cardio work a few times a week such a running, swimming, ect. will help you loose weight. You should also make sure you are eating healthy, you wouldnt want to work out for an hour and then ruin it by going home and eating a cake.

Yes, substitute all beverages with water, no soda. And when you buy a burger, don't eat the bottom part of the bun. Chew sugarless gum and walk a half mile daily.

i'm also 5'2 but i'm currently around 107 lbs and i too, struggle! maintain a healthy diet you can control, start off with healthy breakfast, medium lunch, two fruits, exercise and a small meal for dinner. go jogging if your not busy and focus on your health than your weight number. good luck :)

Your current BMI puts right in the middle of the perfect range for your height.
If you wish to loose 5 pounds. Try a high protein low fat diet.

Increase your daily activity and eat a balanced diet.Please don't try any thing extreme or weird.Once your health is gone you may never be able to get it back.I lost 2 good friend to eating disorders and both started out just trying to lose a few pounds.I won't say don't try to lose weight;but I do say see your doctor to get help with your goal.Please Please be careful.
