Scottish square sausage, fried onions and my own soda farls or potato bread. Baked beans with a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
When I used to cook for the Royal Navy on my reservist duties, I would marinade the square sausage overnight in Drambuie if the ship was alongside. This really woke up the hungover crew. Sometimes, I would slip some Drambuie into the marmalade that the Officers insisted on with their breakfast. By gum,.they didn't half come out with some silly remarks after they had scoffed!

A big fry up once in a while.
But usually I like porridge with sultanas and cinnamon.
Prefer the fry up though..
