The controller got stolen and the heater stayed on the whole time , and i wana turn it off please describe exactly where i could find the fuse!!!so i can remove it!!!

The controller got stolen and the heater stayed on the whole time , and i wana turn it off please describe exactly where i could find the fuse!!!so i can remove it!!! Please note that it's a Ford thunderbird ... It's NOT an Explorer.. someone sent me the manual of an explorer..Thank you in advance.
