i am a night person, i work at night alot, how can i stop this....its hard?

Many years ago I was in your shoes.It was aw full.I was like living backwards.To make the matter worse,I was married and my wife was working during the day.So,when she was home ( around 6 pm) i was ready to go to work.The solution was I asked for a transfer in the working place and my problem was solved.Think about that possibility.
