And because of which aspect?

Think and answer.. no rush. You will be appreciated for your flexible thoughts.

I'm converted Muslim.. and like the dedication and power of Jews, love the aspect that such a small country can have this amount of focus and dominance.

I adopted Hinduism. I like this question a lot. Mainly because I have studied many religions and have friends from many religions as well. If it's okay, I have a few that I admire.

Jainism. Because of their extreme efforts and devotion to uphold the practice of nonviolence and simplicity throughout every action of their life and the way in which they strive to live their lives through these ethical practices.

Islam. Because of their extreme dedication to prayer with God and their commitment to helping those in society who are in need.

Wicca. Because of their search for understanding through nature itself and their deep appreciation of God in nature.

Thank you for such a wonderful question.

Peace be with you.

I would say Buddhists.
The self-discipline and ability to completely clear your mind and focus is simply amazing, along with the general groundedness of every Buddhist I have ever met. I wish I had that sort of self-discipline and ambiance about me, I'm such a hothead! Lol.

My admiration and respect go to the Amish community in Pennsylvania for their forgiveness rendered the family of the man that murdered five of their children. This occurred on 3 October 2006 in a one-room school when Carl Roberts IV, 32, a milk delivery person, entered an Old Order Amish school about 10:00 a.m. and lined up 13 children against the wall to shoot.

He shot ten of them, killing five and leaving the rest in critical condition before shooting himself as the police barged in.

An Amish midwife who had helped birth several of the girls murdered by the killer had planned to take food over to his family's house. She said, paraphrased, "This is possible if you have Christ in your heart."

Could any of you forgive the killer having lost your children in a murderous spray of gunfire?

Buddhism. Which, really, is more a philosophy. But the whole concept interest and impresses me. To be a true buddhist takes a lot of self-control and focus and I admire that.

I'm a Christian, but I admire Hedonism because it's the only other system with something to offer that's worth my attention.
In order for a religion to appeal to me, it has to be scientifically/archaeologically viable. Christianity has all the others beat by a long shot!

Wicca and other pagan paths because the practitioners are very accepting of others even when they don't get the same respect in return and that takes a lot of guts.

I love the ideas of Islam. The only thing I don't like is all the rules.

I admire Judaism because of its intense devotion to God, and the beauty and depth of its religious practices. There is also a great Jewish scholastic and intellectual tradition.
