ALLEN;
SOME OTHER PEOPLE SUGGESTED THE WATERPIK. ONE SAID DON'T FLOSS :-(
I RECOMMEND THE WATEPIK TO ALL MY PATIENTS. THE REALLY COOL THING IS THAT EVERYONE AT HOME CAN ALSO USE IT AND GET FABULOUS RESULTS.ONCE YOU START USING IT YOU'LL LOVE IT TOO.

I use to have braces and I used a toothpick called The Doctor's Brush Picks they are the best toothpick around when you have Braces.
The Brush pick can reach places all around your mouth while you are wearing braces.
How bad does it feel after your eaten meat and your braces are full of food. I would joke that there was enough food stuck in there to feed a small village in Cambodia.
These toothpicks are the best.
Have a look at the site below

PS. Waterpix work very well but the good thing with Brushpicks is if you are out to diner you can have a couple in your pocket ready to use when needed.

I had braces for two years and got them off back in December, but to get to the back teeth you need REALLY small floss threaders and just put it through the bracket like you do with your front teeth, but make sure you aren't threading it into the gums above your teeth. If that doesn't work, ask your orthodontist, he/she can show you, or give you more ideas. My idea worked for me but it probably won't work for everyone!
Also, if it's that hard to get back there, buy a water pik they rock. I have one, still use it too! xD

i don't floss my braces at all witch i know is bad but to me it takes to much time. but i don't think that would be possible because the wire is in the way...well not unless u stood there and like shoved it up through your teeth then it might work but it might also break.

Oh man, it is hard. After alot of practice, you get used to it. And at first, your gums might bleed but then you get used to it and it's all fine. Just practice a little every night.
Either that or don't floss.

Just use mouthwash or something to get the stuff out of your back teeth.
