Science has NOT proved evolution. There are many problems with evolution.
Minor variations within a species such as coloring, size, etc can be affected by environment. That does not explain the origin of the species. A
Discovery channel had a show called "The real Eve", and it explained how science has shown thru mitochondrial DNA that virtually all humans today have the same single woman as an ancestor. Just like the bible says.
This was not a religious show, but it does line up with what the bible says.
They discounted the truth of the bible by saying there was other DNA but it didn't survive. Interesting how they could knew something existed if it didn't survive.
You can't prove a negative.
Most scientist don't believe in God, therefore any evidence to the contrary is either ignored or explained away.
For instance DNA itself is an excellent testimony to the existence of God
DNA is an incredibly compact, complicated PROGRAM that contains all the information necessary to build any living creature and all programs have a programmer.
Microsoft windows did not happen by accident, it was not created by a bunch of random number generators, but rather Bill Gates hired programmers to write it.
DNA is a program that is a magnitude much more complicated then Windows and it too was written.
Your Grandmother is wiser than you think....

There can not be two creators of the universe. Either we are here randomly or God created us.
The creator of the heavens and earth is God. Others may be more powerful than man like Zeus, superman, or Ninja Turtles or may even be men like Caesar and Pharaoh. But unless Wonder Woman or the others created time and space, then they themselves are created. So the creator is either God or chance.
How do you calculate the odds of the first cell being created with DNA to actually get what it took to change from something that has never lived to something that lives?
How many of the cells with DNA created randomly and randomly came to life also "knew" how to photosynthesize light?
How many of the cells with DNA created randomly, randomly came to life and was randomly able to photosynthesize light also randomly in a place where there was the right amount of light and at a temperature that would sustain life?
How many of the cells with DNA created randomly, randomly came to life and was randomly able to photosynthesize light, placed randomly where there was the right amount of light and at a temperature that would sustain life also was in a place that just happened to have the right amount of water and had the right balance of oxygen and carbon-dioxide? After all, the place is believe to have been LESS inhabitable than it is today.
How many of these cells that made it through the above gauntlet died before one “got lucky” and “discovered???” how to reproduce?
Now switch directions and ask, if it took all these cells aggressively making a stab at life and failing to produce the one cell that started all of life, then why can’t we find regularly find the corpses of these “almost living and reproducing” cells today? What would cause this tremendous effort to produce life randomly to stop once life began….now that the planet is actually MORE inhabitable than when life started? Where is the scientific evidence? Or why does ONE cell and not many cells get the credit for the chain which began life billions of years ago?
If you have the faith to believe that one cell and only one cell made it through the gauntlet, then you have more than enough faith to believe that it took a creator to set up the dominoes get set up and at least knocked over the first one.
It defies logic to say that randomness has the intelligence to create life.

NO! Science does NOT say we evolved from monkeys! Evolution says that monkeys, apes and humans all evolved from a common ape-like ancestor that lived millions of years ago. And evolution is a fact (and a theory) so Adam and Eve is impossible.

Tell your grandmother we came from divine Love, and that is why we are eternal reflections of God, even though we seem to be human for a season.

It is unknown. Just because the answer is unknown, doesn't mean a god is behind it by default, let alone her god. It just means we don't know. It might explain wht there has been so many damn gods on Earth, to try and explain humanity's origins.

Look, grandma's are grandma's. Don't argue with her, you aren't going to change her mind. Did it occur to you that it is very disturbing to her that her granddaughter might go to hell (in her mind)?
My grandmother was very religious. You have to let them be and respect their point of view even if you don't agree with it.

scientifically we are the products of evolution.
tell here there are 2 different kinds of truth, the truths of faith and the truths of reason. they are on 2 different planes and are there for not in conflict. this is something the catholic church has attempted to use to resolve the collision with science and religion. many people however want to be stubborn and not listen.
