Take him to the vet asap. No one can diagnose a problem like this over the internet. It could be anything, but nothing good. Please, if you care about him, take him to the vets asap.

I agree with goldengal's answer...I have a 7 month old pug who is constantly discharging. When a dogs testicles decend it happens and also if it is around the time of the decending and there is a female in season near by that will cause it as well. My older dogs do it too when they are around a female that is in season. The way to stop it from happening is to have the dog neutered.

In male dogs when they start to grow their fluids may start to show. It is very normal, and it is what you have described.
No need to worry unless it turns organe or a greenish color that means infection.

could be bacterial infection. you must take this dog to a veterinarian or it will suffer
