You have a lot of good answers as is. How did U get the blisters, did ya bite Ur lip or does this happen often? I want to add U should suck on lemon or orange slices to make them go away from the acid in them. I believe that u should gargle with warm salt to help also. With the citruses acid they will heal quicker. Brush gently & or floss. ( Did U know that Ur mouth heals faster than any other part of U body? ) I've had them before, I bet most everyone has. If pain is real bag get some oral gel, Bc powder or deal with it, as I said it will heal faster because it's in Ur mouth. Hope this gives U some ideas. Best of luck!

Stop using that toothpaste . Try plain old baking soda, until your mouth heals.[ the tiny abrasives that remove tartar and plaque irritate the sore area.] No mouthwash - use saltwater.
Buy KANKA in the mouth care aisle of the drugstore - it works!
Eat bland or soft foods [ boring, I know ] until it heals.
Take multivitamin with minerals daily - they have a great effect on your skin [ even inside your mouth ] and hair.

go to your local drug store and there are lots of products for mouth sores that seal themselves over the affected area for 8 to 12 hours at a time protecting the sore itself from germs and foods and while it seals your sore it gives it medicine healing the wound at a faster pace. Some even have numbing agents in them to give you more comfort while your sore heals.

sip some warm salt water, but what ever you do DO NOT try to pop them. Try using some oragel to take away some of the pain.

How did you get the blisters? You can rinse with a diluted peroxide.
