I received an email in Dutch but can't understand what it means? Please can you help!!!

Did you remove some names? The sentence has holes in it. I put double hyphens where pieces are missing.
"Dear Jasper your payment from -- to -- has been sent"

I am from north Germany and our dialect has plenty of family members to the Dutch. I might translate it to German this fashion. "Weisst Du auch (used to be), dann kann ich Dich intestine aufziehen" = 'Do you understand what, than I can razz you well.` But I am no longer definite. We had right here plenty imigration from the Netherlands, however they got here seven-hundred years in the past. Greetings from Hamburg, Germany Heinz
