Is it possible for a human being to be their own father? If so, is it still considered incest? If this happens in pre-Jesus times, should the mother and father/son be stoned to death for this?

Good question. I'm sure that 2,000 years ago they would've stoned them to death. That method solved a lot of problems. And it was fun.

I assume that you are considering Jesus to be God. And then how can God be a son to Joseph, and is Jesus therefore not his own father.
One has to decide what is a father. A father serves the son and does all kinds of things in order to help the son. Anything we could imagine, the father will always try to serve the son even if it costs him his life. Therefore, even if Jesus is God, Joseph is his father because Joseph acts in that role. It is the highest honour to serve God. So being a father to God (such as being father to Jesus, or Krishna, or Rama etc) is equal to the highest devotion to God.
Your question mentions incest. One's body is not the same as one's soul. One's soul resides in the physical structure that is our mind, as a driver resides inside the car. The soul does not belong to the body, but the body is provided for the purposes of the soul. The soul should therefore assert control over the body rather than the other way around. Physically, it is not possible to be one's own father because DNA that encodes for one's body has to come from somewhere. In the case of Jesus, an angel of the lord provided the male DNA for Jesus. That is why Jesus was so unique.
The purpose of angels (demigods/aliens or what soever) is to regulate and maintain the physical world). When God wishes to descend as an incarnation, it is the job of the angels to prepare the appropriate body for the lord to occupy. For the body incarnate of the lord requires the ability to manipulate the material world, and has to be of special quality.
If a mother produces child with one of her son's, then the son does not become his own father necessarily. His germline may contain Y chromasomes from the grandfather on either side (maternal or paternal) also. Incest should be frowned upon because it increases the chance of genetic disease. Killing is always wrong, except when it is the will of God. Stoning somebody for this would be grossly disproportionate for their irresponsibility.

This is nothing within the bible to use directly except that a male is not to have sex with their mother.

I don't know but some scienctists believe Sapiens mated with Neaderthal. Should we teach that in school as part of sex eduction!

incest has to do with sexual intercourse... maybe that was not involved in jesus birth..
