Once a week's not bad. Of course it depends what you eat the rest of the week. I'm not a big eater but I can eat 2 cheeseburgers and a small fries quite easily. It's not as if you're eating 2 big macs or quarterpounders. You could try their healthy menu once in a while - they're not bad. Definitely keep the chocolate sundae, though! I believe chocolate and ice cream should be in an essential food group of their own. At the end of a busy week we all need to treat ourselves and a boring diet is not living - it's existing!!

microwave diners are absolute garbage.

a simple look at the list of ingredients tells you that this is something that should not be ingested. there are 5x more preservatives and additives than there are actual food items in those meals. the longer the list of ingredients in a food item the more processed it is and the less nutrients it will provide.

if optimum fat loss and long term health is your goal microwaver meals will not be a staple in you diet
