eating healthy like an athlete will give your body the proper nutrients that it requires. training like an athlete will provide your muscles with sufficient stimulation. cross training is optimum for a balanced physique. run, swim, lift weights, stretch, yoga, etc. perform a variety of exercises for optimum fitness and health.

well im 15 im a bodybuilder so i run and do lunges hack squats and dead lifts 15 x3
