I got married to a girl in Kenya Africa and am an AMerican citizen. Can somebody tell me what is the quickest way to get her here. Do i need a lawyer or can I file it for my self? where do you get the paperwork? Thank you so much.

Sounds like she is your wife not fiance. Since your got married already in Kenya you need to file a spousal visa for her here in the US And yes you can do it by yourself without having a lawyer just have the paperwork. You can get the paperwork to nearest local United States Citizenship and Immigration Services(www.uscis.gov) or local INS where you reside.

And if you have more questions during the process you can join the forum www.visajourney.com and find Regional, there you can find Africa. You can ask more questions on the forum and many will give you answer based on their related visa experiences.

Contact the American Consulate or the American Embassy in Kenya and ask them what needs to be done. They are in the best position to help you.

You can Google "American Embassy" + Kenya and you will probably find a link to them. You can send them an email.

Good luck!

You have interplayed the pronoun him with "girl." Is it a transexual or did you make a mistake? The significance is that marriages to transexuals are not recognized by immigration.
