Think the Hip-Hop Abs program might be your answer. Dang, that Shawn cute and buff. I would buy that just to see him work out.

But I've been using The Abs Diet by D. Zinczenkco of Men's Health. That may not be your cup of tea.

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. you can get great abs and not ever do a crunch or sit-up. the diet ultimately determines the level of body fat. if you want a flat stomach and don't have time to exercise much then you need to eat like an athlete.

NO pain NO gain no stress no success period, its the laws of physics... if you don`t have 15 mins a day 3 or 4 times a week to do it? how can you be here or is THIS a part of your busy schedule? Effort is rewarded by success~ how much and or how little is up to the individual..

Abdominal crunches are better for your back than sit-ups. I've added a link to a site that shows how to do ab crunches. There is also a link to ab exercises for a person with a busy schedule.

Good luck!

I'd do various kinds of crunches geared toward tightening the various muscles in your middle. Keep your tummy pulled in while doing them. Try the plank position from pilates. You can't "spot reduce" so you'll have to add cardio in order to remove the layer of fat that's hiding the muscles in your abs too. Use the stairs, walk quickly, bicycle, skate... so many ways to incorporate cardio without getting bored.

eat a lot of foods with fiber in them, they will help clean your system (bran, whole wheat, fruits and vegetables, dried fruit)

as well you can add a powder substance called "benefiber" to your water

a pilates routine right when you wake up and before you go to bed, and once in the afternoon if you have time
