Ok! we are finally done with our verity show (vaudeville)!!! I was on both cast and crew and I have been running on Red Bull and sugar since thursday!!!! the FIRST time we actually went through the whole thing was thurs afternoon after school (from 3 pm- 12am that night). Friday we got started {crew} @ 5:30 am- midnight: thirty. Sat got there @ 12:30 pm and got home at 2 am. I was there at 8 am this morning and just got hame at 3 pm........and I cannot go to sleep!!!!! and I REALLY need sleep, and I need something to eat, but I just can't seem to froce my self to do so. I think in the past 4 days I had chips, a ton of coffee, SUGAR!!!, Red Bull, and a baked patato from wendy's. please help!!

Do Not drink any more CAFFEINE. What you have is an overdose of caffeine and sugar, giving you a rush!
1] don't add alcohol
2] Drink lots of water - the more you pee, the more caffeine you are getting rid of,
3] Eat a little cheese or turkey or yogurt [ all contain Tryptophan, that stuff that makes you fall asleep after Thansgiving dinner.]
4] Take a nice, hot bath.- play soft, relaxing music - read an incredibly boring magazine
5] Try some Benadryl, if you have it
Do not drive, operate machinery, or take tests until you recover.
Next timeyou do a theatrical marathon, limit your caffeine intake as well as your sugar. Bring sandwiches, juice, fruit and veggies to snack on. Crunchy veg such as carrots, cukes, and celery do help keep you awake.

I see no proof that missing a religion in supernatural beings improves one's musical tastes. Then once more, we are living in a global wherein nation track outsells classical greater than 1 to at least one, so there is no accounting for style.

I would dose up on some Valerian root, Hops and Essential Oil of Clary Sage, neat on my night shirt. I would turn off the phone or put on low ring volume.

I think you need to get some sleep before you try and eat anything. It sounds like you're on a serious lack of that. After you wake up you'll probably feel better and feel like eating.

you need to try to un wind, you sound like you are all wound up!! probably from all the red bull, coffee an sugar, you need some "food-food" in you.good luck to you!!

you do not say if your married or in a relationship but my advice would be to have a good "work out" with your partner you Will soon sleep.
