Probably the super cannons Saddam was building.. it was 260 meters long with a barrel 1000 millimeters in diameter.

Of course it wouldn't have been a overly effective weapon, as it would have taken about a day to load, couldn't be moved and would be easy to find and destroy.

Probably the German railroad guns that could shell Britan from France. Those guns were quicky destroyed though.
