Yes, it is wrong. God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve. You shouldn't be lesbian either. It takes a man and a woman to have children. God wouldn't want same sex marriage or any of that garbage. I think it's wrong and disgusting too.

for until the law sin was in the world; but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
"Perverts'' may refer to homosexuals. There are those who attempt to legitimize homosexuality as an acceptable alternative life-style. Even some Christians say people have a right to choose their sexual preference. But the Bible specifically calls homosexual behavior sin (see Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:18-32; 1Corinthians 6:9-11). We must be careful, however, to condemn only the practice, and not the people. Those who commit homosexual acts are not to be feared, ridiculed, or hated. They can be forgiven and their lives can be transformed. The church should be a haven of forgiveness and healing for repentant homosexuals without compromising its stance against homosexual behavior.

I am tired of Christians assuming that Christianity is the only religion on the planet. Nobody but Christians "count", eh? Not the world's Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist or agnostic population, all of which dwarf Christianity in numbers.
I don't believe in the bible, hell or sin. I don't care what the bible says about anything, and I definitely don't believe that it's the "word of God". If you believe that the bible is the literal word of God, you have bigger problems that just being homophobic.
I'm assuming you don't believe in either evolution or genetics, so an actual, serious answer re: homosexual being the way a person is born is wasted on you. Not to mention that if one were to bring God into it, it would be God deciding to bring someone into the world as homosexual.
The people who need help are the Evangelical Fundamentalist Christians.

The bible clearly states that Israel (Jacob) and his descendants are bound by this covenant. There are 613 commandment which you have identified one.
Are you a descendant of Israel? Is so, you follow all 613 commandments.
For Gentiles. 1 Cor 10:23-24 is the only restriction.
Here is a quick review of the teachings: All of the bible is God's word as spoken by the prophets. There is a New Covenant (New Testament). If there is a restriction for Gentiles, it is found there. God not man judges.
Our job as Christians is to follow Christ and not to worry about who sleeps with whom. Jesus asked us to teach all nation, not to be on bed parole. Do you really believe that Jesus would say anything (and nothing is recorded) about same sex preference of the Gentiles?
Jesus ministered to Jews not Gentiles. Paul taught the Gentiles about Christ. To Paul, same sex preference was disguising; he talks about how they lust for each other. He talked about the difficulty of the life style. No where did Paul said that God ban same sex preference. [If you think you have found the verse, email me.]
We should discussing the greatest of God. the wonders of Christ, and seeking understanding of God's word. It is these words that we are teach, and if we don't have message right, we are not following Christ.

What is THE SIN you are talking about, anyway? The Bible is talking about men having sex with men and women having sex with women? This ''so called sin'' that you are saying is in the Bible is REALLY talking about WHO A PERSON, REALLY IS>>>>If you are 100% male or 100% female and you have sex with your own gender, then, MAYBE that would be a sin, but WHO is 100% female or male? As far as I know, I can, truly say, that I do not know that many people who are 100% physically or mentally one gender or the other,THEREFORE, to TRY and use these Bible verses against people is DEAD WRONG and YOU need to do some research on the human body BEFORE typing such narrow minded crap!

I agree. Homosexuality is a sin. It's not the way love and sex was intended. BUT, who are we to judge what is acceptable and what is not. The bible also teaches to forgive and love ur neighbor as urself does it not? Are we going to let hatred over sexuality, racism, and these other pity differences tear us apart. We are all ppl. We all have souls. We all Love, Cry, Smile whether we are gay or not. If everyone in the world embraced each other, dont u think the world wld be a better place. Maybe one day i'll get to see that happen...

Have you really read your Bible and the Ten Commandments ?
Does it not say "Thou shall not kill"!
Does not your Bibles also say "Judge not least thee be Judged".
I do not know the whole quotes. I am not a Christian. But have always wondered why Christians pick and choose parts from their Bible, that fulfills a point that they wish to push on everyone else.
I had thought that your Ten Commandments, were the Laws given to Moses by your God, and the rest of the Bible are just sacred scriptures, not Laws.
Yet, Christians have one of the bloodiest histories, killing off everyone that do not agree with them. You even fight amongst yourselves. It is a wonder that you have not killed yourselves off yet.

1 John 3:15 Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.
Why aren't you going after the Klan and the white supremacists? Gossiping is a serious sin.
Luke 6:37 Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Give, and it will be given unto you.
Did you miss this one? Judging is a serious sin.
Romans 3:23
There is no difference for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Jesus Christ.
You quote the old covenant. I quote the new. God does not rank sins and extends forgiveness to all. Who are you to supercede God?

Who's this "we" who should treat this "sin" more seriously? We are not living, I am happy to say, in a theocracy. Religion, yours or anyone else's, does not enter into our civil laws--or it shouldn't, anyway.
"These people" need help? I could make the same case about you, quoting mythology and worrying about what kind of sex people are having. What has a gay person ever done to you? How do their private lives in any way affect yours?
This stuff comes from "the mouth of god"? No, it was written by men--men who were probably homophobes like you are.

Well, a lot of the stuff in the Bible doesn't apply to everyday life because it's outdated. I think there is one thing in there about killing people who eat shellfish or something. The Bible is a collection of ancient stories and is a guide on how to live your life, but some things in there just don't apply anymore.

I don't believe in God. I don't believe that homosexuality is a sin, and I don't think I would if I did believe in God. I'm a man and I have a boyfriend, and we've had sex. I love him and he loves me. He's living in another country right now and, although he feels a long way away, he also feels amazingly close. I like to hold him and stroke his hair, and be held by him.
And I'm going to carry on loving him regardless of your petty dogma.
Does this anger you? Does it bother you? You've already told us that you think this is evil. But why? What is it about this kind of love that you don't like? Why are you so full of hate? What are you afraid of? Look deep, and one day you may be able to crawl out of this darkness you've trapped yourself in and see a real light.
