I think visa overstayers at first qualify for legal means of obtaining identity documents, therefore do not need to fraud or steal identity..

All of them! They are nothing but criminals being helped by the system, unless you repeatedly COMPLAIN AND MAKE A PAPER TRAIL OF YOUR OWN! Get your fingerprints done and send it to Federal Trade Commission along with every place you have lived, worked or gone to school! Fight Back!

Lately they have been using same name Identity theft of Legal Hispanics. That's why you are seeing more of them complaining about Illegal Aliens! As a victim of Identity theft Myself, I am sick of it, so far they are of all races and at least two other males! Nobody does not one thing about it and You can report Identity Theft to Federal Trade Commission who is the clearing house for Identity theft...Postal inspectors, Secret Service, Internal Revenue with form 3949A (you can even get a reward of 10%, once you fill it out, make a copy and send it back Certified Mail) Your Local Police, FBI and Federal Trade Commission. Bank of America, Providian Financial, Traveler's Insurance, and Washington Mutual Bank has been the worst Creditors in Identity theft and will not give you your money back or Your good name! Check the Rip off Report online!

My suggestion is to place a credit freeze on all of Your credit and contest everything that is not yours and get an attorney to sue them!

A combination of both border jumpers and people who illegally overstay their visas . A crime is a crime is a crime.

I know where you want to get with this. It is Mexicans, but considering 85% of the illegal immigrants in the U.S. are Mexicans that would make a bit of sense.
