Ask God to fix your spacebar.

That is a stupid answer, I'm sorry but it is.
Why = cause god said so. Come on, that doesn't answer anything, at all, not even a yes or a no.
Its like me saying. Why does the earth exist, = just because. I can tell you why we have every drop of water on earth, because he have an enclosed atmosphere, not just that, but three's no way we have the exact same amount because astronaut's drink water and have to dump there waist out, which includes water, so not every drop would be there. And the Sun doesn't float in the sky, it is kept in place by the gravity of everything around it, and its own gravity makes the other planets stay in orbit, WHY, I'm not sure, science hasn't come far enough to figure everything out yet, but then again, we have only had great science for a 100 years or so, so in another hundred years, I'm sure we will know most of the answers that are plaguing us and I'm also sure it has nothing to do with god, when we find out.

Because we don't yet have the answers to every scientific question doesn't mean there isn't one. An all knowing all powerful God is a convenient answer, but I think for atheists, a very incomplete and unsatisfying one. You're right, all those things are amazing, and seem very unlikely, but I get the feeling the logic of the Christian perspective is something like this: "I can't understand a way that this could of happened, so it has to be God." I can't understand either, but it doesn't mean it couldn't of happened without a God simply because we can't imagine another explanation. I think skepticism can be a sign of humility in these cases; admitting that you don't know.

I hope this didn't come off sounding condescending.

I'd suggest reading some science books with an open mind. The sun is not in the sky, it is a star held together by the same gravitational forces that bind the planets together and send the planets around the sun. This fact was discovered by a Christian, Galileo! The water? The science of closed systems, of which water on the planet is one. There are some wonderful articles and books on biology that can tell you how sperm find the eggs. It's done through chemical signals. Dogs evolved over the years to have a good sense of smell. Your poem is nice, though, but there are answers grounded in fact to all your questions. I don't think many people in this century really believe the sun is within our atmosphere, as you seem to say in your opening lines. And humans' burning quest to understand leads some — even those who believe in God — to seek out answers rooted in the real world.

Wow, please get a spacebar soon. Anyway, are you also going to blame all your evil on God too? Of course not, you only credit your god with Good events.

No answer is better than an unjustifiable answer. Some of your statements arent even true. For example, one can create water from oxygen and hydrogen. The sun exerts gravitational force on the earth to keep it in orbit, nothing has to actually "hold" the sun up. I've never heard of the Sahara claim. As to how life began, i ask you another question. If 100 dollar appeared on your desk and you didnt know where it came from, you wouldnt credit God would you?
As to your next two biological questions, its called evolution of stucture for function. Miracles...i prefer to call not yet explainable phenemenom. As to the dog one, evolution again.

What holds the Sun in the sky?????

You are joking I hope. The Sun's gravity holds Earth in its sky.

The amount of water on Earth certainly has changed. Same for the Saraha.

Evolution made sperm work

When you just use a god as an explanation all you are really doing is making up an answer to mostly nonsensical questions.

I know it is hard for you to understand that some people can think for themselves, because you can't. You believe what others tell you to believe. You don't expect proof or facts, you just blindly do what you are told.

Perhaps there is some bliss in not having to think or make decisions. I know my well trained dog loves his life.

I, however, enjoy the slings and arrows of being my own man. I relish the challenges that come making my own decisions after great research... and the consequences that follow, wither ill or well.

I suppose it all just comes down to a choice.. be a well trained dog that obeys the master, or be the master.

The Bible was written to explain a bunch of stuff that science couldn't explain at the time.

There are new discoveries about the world and our existence everyday that do not comply with what is in the Bible.

Why do people still believe it?

One day there may even be a genuine (scientific) explanation for all of the questions we have about our existence...and people will probably still want to believe that nonsense.

I suppose you believe the Earth is flat as well?

Turn your keyboard upside down and tap it gently. Something is most likely stuck under your space bar.

As for the rest of your questions - Nothing 'holds the sun in the sky' because it's not even in the sky. Read up on the water cycle. It's amazing. Wind currents are as well.

Seriously. Read up a little about science. You might be surprised at how easy the answers are.

I'm sorry but your lack of understanding about the world is not a reason for god to exist and sadly a lot of questions you pose actually do have answers:

wind: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind
gravity: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravity

To start with. Although for questions that I don't have the answer to I either assume that I'm simply not smart enough or humans just haven't found the answer. We'd never answer any questions of the default answer was GODDDIDIT!

Personal incredulity and ignorance are not evidence.

Although if everything must have a creator - um....who created your god thingie...
If nothing created your god thingie then clearly not everything needs a creator and your argument falls to pieces.

Some would say the wind comes from the rotation of the earth, the heating of the sun, and gravitational pull of the moon.

In truth, it is the flatulence of the god of atheism--Atheo.

So when you feel the wind on your face, know that atheo has blessed you with his methane emission.
