Not legally. Microsoft, for some reason, wants to make money selling them, and frowns on copying them. They call it piracy, and can sue you if they catch you doing it.
Beside that, I would not use any third-party site that claims to have free copies: They might just be slipping you a few unwanted extras that will take over your machine for their purposes.

Copying is the simple part, the difficult part is to activate them, there are illegal copies on the internet where you can use without activation, but very soon, Microsoft will start to block these, and you may end up without options but to pay a full amount.

Yes they are but i think doing that is against the law. If you do you need to know the product key or it is usless. Whatever you copy will have the same features as the real version. It all depends which version you copy. Again doing that is against the law and you can fined.

The product key on the botton of the computer is for living house windows XP, no longer place of work (examine the sticky label, it says living house windows XP). you relatively ought to purchase Microsoft place of work one after the different. No pc comes with Microsoft place of work; they only comprise a tribulation of place of work.

What do you mean copied are you trying to move it to another computer if so, all you need is the orginal cds and your Product/key serial which should be on the seal of the cd-rom or on your computer if it came with it
